Custom Adhensive Extruded Rubber L Shape Seals China Manufacturer
Extruded rubber L shape seals are right-angle adhensive rubber profiles designed for sealing, cushioning and protecting corners, edges and adjoining surfaces. Their L-shaped cross section allows the profile to fit naturally around 90-degree structures, making them suitable for frames, panels, enclosures, machinery and other industrial assemblies.
L shape rubber seals can be manufactured in different materials, dimensions, hardness levels and lengths according to the installation environment. Custom profiles are also available based on drawings, samples or specific application requirements.

Materials for L Shape Rubber Seals
EPDM Rubber
EPDM is commonly used for outdoor sealing applications because of its good resistance to weathering, ozone, UV exposure and water. It is suitable for doors, frames, outdoor equipment, vehicle components and construction applications.
Silicone Rubber
Silicone offers good flexibility across a broad temperature range and is often used for equipment, appliances and applications where temperature resistance is important.
NBR Rubber
NBR provides good resistance to oils and many petroleum-based fluids. It is commonly selected for machinery, mechanical equipment and industrial environments where oil contact may occur.
Neoprene Rubber
Neoprene provides a balanced combination of weather resistance, flexibility and durability. It can be used for general industrial sealing, transportation equipment and construction applications.
Applications of Extruded Rubber L Shape Seals
- Doors and frames: sealing and cushioning around metal or plastic frames.
- Industrial machinery: protecting exposed corners, machine covers and guards.
- Electrical enclosures: sealing around cabinet doors, panels and enclosure edges.
- Automotive and transportation: protecting panels, compartments, trailers and vehicle structures.
- Construction: covering and sealing corners of metal panels, frames and structural components.
- Marine equipment: protecting hatches, compartments and equipment edges.
